feat: add initial styles for `table`

Предыдущий селектор не работает так как надо из-за особенности псевдокласса :where(), из-за этого у последних тегов p без атрибута класса всё равно применялись внешние отступы снизу
- Переименован `index.css` → `normalize.css` - Добавлена минифицированная версия `normalize.min.css` (генерация через PostCSS + cssnano) - Удалён тяжёлый селектор `:has(:target)` для повышения производительности - Расширена нормализация внешних отступов для `fieldset` - Обновлён README: примеры CDN, changelog, структура - Обновлён порядок полей в `package.json` согласно best practices
- Исправлен селектор для `<p>`
